The Vedas Translation Platform is a scholarly and educational resource operated as part of the Vedic Project of Guyana Gurukula / Institute of Vedic Studies & Research Center. Its purpose is to preserve, present and disseminate Sanskrit-to-English translations of the four Vedas for study, research, and respectful discussion.

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, data mining, systematic extraction, or use of the platform content for commercial datasets, machine-learning datasets, or similar automated purposes is not permitted without written permission. Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.

5. Contributor Submissions

Translations are submitted by invited or authorized contributors and are subject to review and approval before publication.

By submitting a translation, commentary, note, or other contribution, the contributor confirms that the submitted work is original to them or that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

The contributor grants the platform and the Institute of Vedic Studies & Research Center a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to review, edit for formatting and editorial consistency, publish, display, archive, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content through the platform and related educational project materials.

6. Editorial Review

The platform may approve, reject, edit, annotate, format, unpublish, or remove submitted content at its discretion, including for scholarly, editorial, technical, legal, or community-related reasons. Publication of a translation does not mean that the platform endorses every interpretation or scholarly view expressed by the contributor.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

Translations and interpretations represent the scholarly views of individual contributors. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or definitive nature of any translation. 8. Community Guidelines

Comments and discussions must be respectful, scholarly, and on-topic. Users may not post content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, unlawful, spam, promotional, or unrelated to the purpose of the platform. By posting comments or discussion content, users grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, moderate, and remove such content as necessary for operating the platform.
